(3) Description of device permission invocation
a. Telephone permission: When the APP registers, logs in or forgets the password, it needs to identify your device identity, and it needs to call your telephone permission to obtain this information. Besides, it will not be called for other purposes.
b. Storage permission (read/write storage) : In order to store the necessary application configuration files, videos and pictures taken when you control the pet machine, or read the content that you need to upload and synchronize, you need to call your storage permission.
c. Camera permissions: When you use the functions related to shooting or video control, we need to invoke your camera permissions.
Contact permission (read account information) : Synchronous account login, need to call your contact permission, used to judge the account login status.
Location permission: When you use related functions such as robot binding, you will be asked for this permission to search for the robot at the current location.
Voice permission: When you use the robot, you will be asked for this permission when the real-time voice call function is enabled.
Device information: We collect device status including your device identifier, device MAC address, and mobile application list.
Without your authorization, we will not obtain the above information in advance.
When you visit or use our services, we will collect your device information so as to obtain the on-screen operation rate and other information for the interface display and avoid the abnormal login of other devices, so as to ensure the security of your account and system operation.
Obtaining the software installation list: Comparing the current APP version with the latest version prompts the user to update the APP.
System Settings: Obtain the same system language APP language as the phone language.
Network status: Determine whether the user network is normal to provide better service.
File read stream, SO file: Get the video you recorded and the photos you took in video with the device.
If you want to cancel the authorization of the above rights, you can close it in System Settings - Rights management, and we will no longer obtain your corresponding rights, but this may affect the use of functions or services related to the corresponding necessary rights.
You are fully aware and understand that we do not need your authorization to collect and use personal information under the following circumstances:

How to cancel your account

Step2,enter Account.
Step3,select Cancellation of Account.
If you cancel your GL Pets account, we will delete your user information on GL Pets. Once your account is logged out, you will not be able to reactivate it, nor will you be able to log in or view relevant information.
How long does it take to delete your information?
If you request us to delete your account or content, it may take up to 90 days from the start of the account deletion process or from receiving a content deletion request to deleting your information.
